RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

 At HScRATER! ("Website," "Store," "We," "Us," or "Our"), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with this Policy.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

v  The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

v  The return must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date.

v  Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt of payment) must be provided.

 

 2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged:

v  Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

v  Intimate or sanitary products.

v  Custom-made or personalized items.

v  Downloadable software or digital products.

v  Gift cards.

v  Pre Order Items

 3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

v  Contact Us: Email us at help@hscrater.com.ng or Call/WhatsApp 0704 531 2675 to request a return within the eligible return period.

v  Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

v  Receive Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any additional requirements.

v  Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

 4. Return Shipping Costs

v  Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

v  Refund of Shipping Fees: If the return is due to our error, we will refund the original shipping fees and cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

v  Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

v  Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

v  Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued (50%).

 

 6. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

 7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@hscrater.com.ng  or customer support +234-704-531-2675. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover all associated shipping costs. Once the item is received, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

 8. Cancellations

v  Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund within 24 hours.

v  After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item following the standard return process and shipping fee will be sponsor by you.

v  Ship From Abroad/Pre-Order: ALL SHIP FROM ABROAD/PRE-ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCEL, NOT RETURNABLE & NOT REFUNDABLE.  Enquire More With HScRATER Before You Place Your Order.
